Krtsanisi Grande

Grande Krtsanisi is a new premium complex, located in Krtsanisi, a green district of Tbilisi, away from the hustle and bustle. The new residential complex is placed in a quiet neighbourhood away from busy roads and manufacturing pollution. The area mostly consists of cottages and low-rise buildings. In addition, Krtsanisi is home to a collection of foreign embassies and other diplomatic offices. Nevertheless, the centre of Tbilisi can be easily reached by car in about 5 minutes. Grande Krtsanisi consists of 4 modern-style buildings. The complex is 9-10 storeys high. The buildings are constructed using a monolithic-frame method. The facade sports a calm and soothing colour scheme, interspersed with slick wooden details, and features panoramic windows and open balconies with glass balustrades.
