Matiani

Matiani - a multifunctional residential complex, which combines residential, office and commercial spaces, is located in the oldest district of Tbilisi, Didube, on one of the central avenues of the city, Akaki Tsereteli #45. The area surrounding the project has a particularly rich history, which is connected with the era of King Tamar. On the opposite side of the complex is the Church of the Mother of God, where King Tamar got married. Near Matiani, within walking distance, there are important facilities for the city: Dinamo Stadium, Didubi Pantheon, Mushtaidi Garden, Central Railway Station, shopping and other important facilities such as kindergartens, schools and medical institutions.
