Old city Panorama is a modern residential complex consisting of three 8-storey buildings. The concept of the project is to competently combine modern and traditional Georgian architectural solutions. Due to differences in height, an additional 4 floors are raised, which creates the effect of "overhanging" the slope. Houses are built using sustainable monolithic frame construction technology. Innovative technologies and energy-efficient materials are used in the construction of the residential complex. The facades are covered with aesthetic gray and brown clinker bricks and wooden panels. The developer completes the stained-glass windows of the facades and installs energy-efficient panoramic windows.
