Tetris Shin

Tetris is a construction and development company that was founded in Tbilisi in 2011 and started its activities with the development of a 2ha area located on Sandro Euli Street (Saburtalo, Tbilisi). At this stage, the company has built and put into operation residential complexes with 114 apartments, 108 apartments in Saburtalo, and 151 apartments in Varketili, as well as the buildings of the rehabilitation center "Hells Palace" and the medical center "Inova". The commercial spaces built and furnished by the company house restaurants "Strada" and "Amra", hypermarket "Jibe", fitness club "Octopus", insurance company "Ardis" service center. The areas chosen by Tetris in Saburtalo and Varketili do not have intensive development and congested traffic highways and are an ecologically clean environment compared to other areas of Tbilisi. It should be noted that in May 2017, a new metro station "University" was opened on Sandro Euli Street, 20 meters away from the Tetris project.
