The house was built in 2007. It has not been renovated since then. It has a fireplace, alarm system, three bathrooms, and consists of two two-story buildings attached to each other. Main pluses:
Proximity to the forest and therefore more coolness – it is located on the edge of the forest
Unscheduled water supply – the location in the lower reaches of Kojori ensures water supply practically all day long. For example, during the Tsitsamuri accident, there was no water for a whole day
Quietness – the street is located in a dead end and therefore quietness is guaranteed
Access to a generator – although the power rarely goes out and if it does, it is possible to use a generator
