Description
A new residential complex “m² Chkondideli” is being built on Chkondideli street, Nadzaladevi district, Tbilisi. The complex is located on 31,011 square meters and includes 12 buildings. It is distinguished by its convenient location – 2 minutes’ walk from “Gotsiridze” metro station. >Our selection of apartments is quite diverse and includes both compactly designed apartments tailored to the needs of young people, students and newly formed families, as well as comfortable and spacious apartments designed for large families. The area of the apartments starts from 32.5 sq.m. The project uses high-quality, environmentally friendly construction and repair materials that have passed laboratory testing. Infrastructure will be organized on the territory of the complex:
