‘Archi At Kikvidze Garden’ is Archi’s first construction project in the Nadzaladevi District. The 24-storey residential building includes 346 apartments as well as a commercial space. It is being built with high-quality construction materials. HPL panels are used for covering the residential building. The stability and solidity of the building is determined by the iron-concrete of the Heidelberg cement company. As for the filling material, Archi, as in all other projects, uses Ytong blocks in the construction of this residential building. Ytong is a German company that produces energy-efficient building materials. Ytong uses 40% less energy to heat or cool a building, significantly reducing utility costs.
