Description
A class A business center for rent in Saburtalo, near Gagarin Square. The facade, entrance hall and lobby renovations are complete. We can fully customize the interior renovations and renovate them according to your design. We can make as many bathrooms as you require. We can even make bathrooms if requested and an independent kitchen for employees.

Now as for the prices:
• Commercial 1st floor – 27 USD + VAT and +1 USD service charge
• 2nd floor – 22 USD + VAT and +1 USD service charge
• 3rd floor – 22 USD + VAT and +1 USD service charge
• 4th floor – 24 USD + VAT and +1 USD service charge
• 5th floor – 24 USD + VAT and +1 USD service charge
• 6th floor – 24 USD + VAT and +1 USD service charge
• 7th floor – 24 USD + VAT and +1 USD service charge
Prices are given for renting the entire floor. In case of dividing the floor, for example, if the client wants 300 or 400 square meters, only floors 2 and 3 are divided and 2 USD is added to the cost. That is, the price is:
24 USD + VAT and +1 USD service charge
Note that the seventh floor has a 100 sq.m. veranda and panoramic views of Tbilisi. It is very convenient for management.
It is worth noting that all apartments have balconies, which will not make your employees waste time smoking cigarettes, walking in the yard and taking a walk.
Each floor is approximately 770 sq m.
As for parking, the facility has parking and we will agree individually.
