In the multifunctional project STEPS, apartments can be purchased either in a FINE FINISH or TURNKEY state.
FINE FINISH: in this condition apartments only need final repair works: The central door is installed, interior partitions have been built, electrical points have been installed, plumbing, sewage is done, floor (except for wet points) is screed, the ventilation is installed, a fire safety system is installed, communication networks (electricity, telephone, Internet) are done.
TURNKEY – apartments are ready either for living or for rent: turnkey repair, furniture, appliances, textiles, accessories, accessories. Scroll the page down for visualization of the handover conditions.
