The house is located very close to the Marjanishvili metro station, in one of the most beautiful and convenient areas of the city. Despite being surrounded by great restaurants and bars, the street itself is surprisingly quiet. The house is close to “Fabrika” – a lively hub of the city, home to co-working spaces, cafes and cultural events.
